Become a vendor at the 2024 Women’s Art Festival.

Applications closed on March 31, 2024. Any applications submitted after this date may not be considered.

Applications received after this date will be considered for the waitlist.

Booth Fees:
Single Booth (10’ x 10’) $100
Double Booth (10’ x 20’) $200
We also offer special rates for youth (under 18) booths - please contact info@womensartfestival.ca for more information.

Eligibility
The Women’s Art Festival accepts applications from all people who identify as female. All items offered for sale must be handmade by the artist presenting and selling the materials.  If it is determined applicants have not handmade their artwork, they will not be considered for an artist booth space. WAF has the final authority to determine if the artist applicant meets these guidelines. All artists who are accepted into the festival are also required to submit a piece of work for the Silent Auction (all funds go directly to the charities we support).

Images
Please send 2-5 images of your work in an email entitled “[Your Business Name] Application Images” to info@womensartfestival.ca after you have completed the application form. Applications will not be considered complete if the applicant does not do so.

Selection
Our art market is a specially curated and juried event. Applicants will be selected on originality and quality of their work. There will be limited spaces for different categories to ensure a unique and varied show. Applicants not selected will be placed on a waitlist and contacted should a space become available. Acceptance to prior year’s events in no way guarantees acceptance into the current festival.
