Food Vendors
Thank you for your interest in participating as a food vendor for WAF 2024. We are excited to learn more about your business so our team can review your application. To get started, please read the eligibility requirements and complete the application form accordingly. We will review and get in touch with you shortly.
Eligibility Requirements
Licensing
All food vendors are required to obtain a City of Kingston Park Refreshment Vehicle permit. Click here to find the applicable permit.
Health Inspection
All food vendors are required to fill out a KFLA Public Health Special Event Vendor application and send to info@womensartfestival.ca by July 1, 2024. Click here to find the KFLA Application.
Set-Up
Food trucks and vendors must be available to set-up between 4-7PM on Friday, August 9, 2024 or from 7-9AM on Saturday, August 11, 2024.
Operating Hours
Vendors must be ready to fully operate during festival hours. Overnight security will provided on Friday night.
Sustainability
Food vendors must not sell plastic water bottles or single use plastic cutlery/straws.
