Site Map & Booth Placements
You'll find the latest festival site map and booth placement information below.
The site map shows the overall festival layout, including artist booths, food vendors, community groups, performance areas, washrooms, the Information Tent, and other key locations.
Please note that while we've done our best to finalize booth placements in advance, there may be a few small adjustments on festival morning to accommodate weather, accessibility, or other logistical needs.
Move In
Set Up
Saturday, August 8, 2026
7:45 am – 9:30 am
Please plan to arrive within this window.
The festival opens to the public at 10:00 a.m.
Please note: There is no early access to the park. Vendors may not enter or begin setting up before 7:45 am.
Arriving at the Festival
If you're driving into the park to unload:
Enter through the West Street entrance.
Stop at the Vendor Check-In before driving any further.
A volunteer will direct you to your booth location.
Booth numbers will be marked throughout the park.
Unloading Your Vehicle
You're welcome to drive on the paved park pathways to unload your booth materials.
Once you've unloaded, please move your vehicle out of the park before setting up your booth. This helps keep traffic moving and allows everyone to get in efficiently.
If you don't wish to drive into the park, you're welcome to park on a nearby street and wheel your supplies to your booth.
Driving in the Park
Please help us keep everyone safe.
Drive slowly and watch carefully for pedestrians, children, cyclists, and dogs.
Do not drive on the grass under any circumstances. City bylaw officers may issue tickets, and vendors who drive on the grass may not be invited back to future festivals.
Please stay on the park pathways at all times.
If you need to reverse your vehicle, ask a volunteer to help guide you whenever possible.
Ground Cover
Mulch, hay, and straw are not permitted in City Park.
If rain is in the forecast, you may wish to bring an outdoor rug or other suitable flooring for your booth.
Need A Hand?
If you'll need assistance unloading or setting up your booth, please let us know ahead of time. We'll do our best to have a volunteer available to help.
Move Out
Tear Down
Saturday, August 8, 2026
4:00pm - 6:00pm
The festival runs until 4:00 p.m. Please do not begin packing up before then, as visitors are still shopping right until the end of the day.
Once the festival closes, you're welcome to begin packing up your booth.
Vehicle Access
To keep everyone safe, vehicles will not be permitted into the park immediately at 4:00 pm.
Please wait until your booth is completely packed up and ready to load before bringing your vehicle into the park. This means your tent has been taken down, your displays and products are packed away, and everything is ready to go directly into your vehicle.
Please be patient while volunteers and staff allow pedestrian traffic to clear. Once it's safe to do so, volunteers will begin directing vehicles into the park for loading.
Vehicle entry is the same as move in, through the West Street entrance.
If you'd rather not wait for vehicle access, you're welcome to park nearby and wheel your items out of the park after 4:00 p.m.
If you have someone helping you with tear down, please let them know that vehicle access may be delayed depending on pedestrian traffic in the park. We appreciate everyone's patience as we work to keep move out safe and organized.
Loading Your Vehicle
Once volunteers have directed you into the park, please help us keep move out safe for everyone.
Drive slowly and stay on the park pathways.
Do not drive on the grass. The City of Kingston may issue tickets, and vendors who drive on the grass may not be invited back to future festivals.
Watch carefully for pedestrians, volunteers, children, cyclists, and dogs, as the park will still be busy.
Load your vehicle as efficiently as possible so other vendors can access the park.
Before You Leave
Please take all displays, supplies, garbage, and recycling with you, and leave your booth space clean for the next visitors to City Park.

Vendor Parking
Empire Life Parking Lot
We've arranged free vendor parking for festival participants at the Empire Life parking lot on King Street.
The lot is approximately a 10–15 minute walk from City Park and is the parking option we recommend for vendors as it frees up space around the park for festival attendees.
Accessible Parking
We have a limited number of accessible parking spaces available for vendors who require them.
If you will be needing accessible parking, please let us know before the festival so we can do our best to reserve a space for you.
Paid Parking
Paid street parking and municipal parking lots are also available around City Park if you prefer to park closer to the festival.
If you're planning to use metered parking, we recommend downloading the HONK app before you arrive to make payment quick and easy.
Festival Scavenger Hunt
This year, we'll be hosting a festival-wide scavenger hunt to encourage visitors to explore City Park, discover new artists, and discover everything the festival has to offer.
Attendees can participate by picking up a scavenger hunt sheet at the Information Tent or by completing the hunt through an online form using their phone.
We're currently putting together our prize package and would love to include items donated by our vendors!
If you'd like to contribute a prize, please email us at info@womensartfestival.ca. Donations can be big or small, and every contribution is appreciated. We would appreciate if you could include a photo, description of donation, and value of donation with your email.
As a thank you, we'll feature prize donors on our website and social media in the week leading up to the festival, giving visitors a chance to learn more about your work before the event.
